Hostesses.de | Fit and full of vitality

For the hostesses from Hostesses.de the last three weeks have revolved around the world of health. At a congress in Bremen people were informed regarding various therapies with a focus on blood- and nervous systems. The trade fair hostesses from Hostesses.de helped the proceedings to flow smoothly with their excellent welcoming of customers and their professional stand support. Between individual speeches about the development of medicines and associated technologies the radiant hostesses in Bremen took care of the physical welfare of the guests. And why stop there - the client was so impressed by the talented trade fair hostesses that he immediately booked a team of hostesses for his trade fair presentation in Stuttgart. Welcoming guests, firm presentations, stand support, customer- and service orientation, the competent hostesses team welcome each assignment.

Spring is calling, and finally the days are getting longer. And even though the hostesses and promotion teams from Hostesses.de didn't sleep through the winter, they're still fitter than ever and beaming on the competition with Springtime sunshine. The hostesses are on assignment at numerous trade fairs that encompass subjects from the economy and culture through to technology and improvisation. And so there are regularly to be found trade fair hostesses at the Games Convention, hostesses at the IAA and promotion teams at the IFA Berlin. Currently one can also see our hostesses for example at the ITB, the international tourism expo in Berlin. But there's also plenty to do across the borders, and our hostesses are also busy giving their support to big workshops in France, Italy and Spain.

Be it trade fair hostesses in Leipzig, promotion personnel in Hamburg or hostesses in Frankfurt - the Hostesses.de promotion agency from Berlin offers professional hostesses and promotion teams for national and international clients.

Hostesses.de provide ambience

This year lovers of the art of living, giving and enjoying are set once again to get their money's worth - as Ambiente, the world's largest consumer goods trade fair, opens its doors in Frankfurt am Main and the visitors get to wander around the 186,000 square metre area for five full days of delights. Now that's an opportunity that the trade fair hostesses from Hostesses.de just couldn't pass up. Just as last year the trade fair hostesses were there in Frankfurt am Main, full of life and helping things to run smoothly by lending a hand with running the stands and looking after customers, giving out flyers and generally more than fulfilling their intended promotional duties.

From one trade fair to the next, and so the trade fair hostesses from Hostesses.de were also there and on the job at the "Einstieg Abi" (Access High School Diploma) fair. "The Diploma FINALLY in the bag" - that's what a lot of school pupils think but at the same time it's already time to make decisions, between further studying or doing an apprenticeship and the search that's awaiting them outside that door. The trade fair hostesses were on the spot in Cologne and shone not just through their promotional talents but also proved themselves useful with their own experience regarding the subject of career future. And in this way they lent their support with customer care and stand supervision and supplied the young visitors with plenty of useful information.

Be it trade fair hostesses in Frankfurt am Main or in Leipzig, hostesses at the IAA or promotion personnel in Hamburg, the Hostesses team from Hostesses.de are on the job in Germany, across Europe and throughout the world, as for example at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The hostesses from the promotions agency Hostesses.de in Berlin are already excited about the next events.

Hostesses.de | Welcome to Berlinale 2009

At the beginning of February Berlin opened its gates for the 59th time to film enthusiasts from all over the world. The Berlinale opened with a glittering ceremony boasting an array of top level stars from the worlds of film and politics, and the show was broadcast live on television. The huge event lasts for ten days and the charming hostesses from Hostesses.de will be in the thick of it. Engaged and elegant, the hostesses charm the guests and ensure a professional level of customer care. "Unbelievable", the hostesses are utterly thrilled and are excited about the next days in Berlin.

Of course, the hostesses and trade fair hostesses are not only out and about in Berlin, but are also busy winning people over in other parts of Germany with their charisma and competence, as for example in Munich. As is tradition, the Ispo Winter 2009, the International Trade Fair for Sporting Goods and Fashions, took place this week. Over four days the leading manufacturers presented their newest collections and offered a look at the trends for 2009. And how could this take place without the hostesses from Hostesses.de? With professionalism and charm the hostesses provided customer care to the visitors to the trade fair.

The hostesses and promotion teams are on the job nationally and internationally. For the first time recently the hostesses lent their support at a conference of a globally operating client in Vienna. Hostesses in Berlin, trade fair hostesses in Hamburg, promotion personnel in Paris, promotion teams in Vienna, the hostesses from Hostesses.de are at work across Germany and Europe and welcome each new assignment.

Hostesses.de | The German Innovation Prize

Innovation to the fore. For the 29th time now the Innovation Prize for German Business was awarded and the hostesses from Hostesses.de were there at the presentation ceremony doing what they do best. The gala night, the central point of which was the presentation of the prize by the Minister for Research, Annette Schavan, was given professional support and placed in its proper perspective by our hostesses. Specifically, the hostesses from Hostesses.de were responsible for the final demonstration and presentation of an innovative football training machine, a simulator that can generate for anybody any conceivable goal kick. "Fantastic," declared the hostesses and left not just the winner impressed with their radiance and charisma.

The hostesses and promotion teams were once again active across the country. And so also at the Opti Munich, the International Trade Show for Trends in Optics. Whether with or without glasses, the hostesses provided professional support of stands and customers. Trade fair hostesses in Munich, hostesses in Frankfurt, promotion personnel in Hamburg or promotion in Leipzig, the hostesses and trade fair hostesses from Hostesses.de are on the job both nationally and internationally, at the moment especially for clients from Germany, Italy, Brazil, England and the Netherlands. What's next on the agenda? The Berlinale calls.

Hostesses.de | At the Berlin Green Week

According to tradition, the Green Week is currently to be found taking place in Berlin. Across an area of 115,000m² over 1,500 exhibitors from around the world are presenting products and innovations from the worlds of horticulture and the food and agriculture industries. And how could this mega-event take place without the presence of the hostesses of Hostesses.de? The hostesses give their support and professionality to looking after the stands and the exhibition visitors. In front of the trade fair hall the hostesses are also to be found promoting a sweepstake being put on by a Berliner housing association.

And there are other large trade fairs and exhibitions currently taking place around the country where our trade fair hostesses are to be found. And so for example the hostesses and promoters are being put into action this week at the Hannover trade fair and are providing the Contract (trade fair for architecture and interior design) with first class visitor care and product presentation. Also, at the Hannover Theater this week our hostesses are providing a hitch-free catering service during a reception there. From Hannover to Hamburg, where a large cosmetics manufacturer is presently offering free trials of their products in chemists around the city. Who could better carry this out than the charming promoters and hostesses of Hostesses.de? With courtesy and geniality they provide information to the visitors regarding the new cosmetic products.

Be it trade fair hostesses at the Green Week in Berlin, promoters both male and female in Hannover and Hamburg, we provide professional and attractive hostess and promotion personnel. The future is exciting, with our hostesses and promoters in demand from clients from Great Britain, Spain, Egypt, Israel and the USA. The first events in February have also been confirmed, film festivals and more.

Hostesses.de | Warm foam and hot water

Although wintertime usually = trade fair (halls) time, nothing makes the charming promoters and hostesses from Hostesses.de happier than outdoor assignments. Thus last weekend on St. Nicholas Day our lady promoters helped with the opening of a carwash in the beautiful East Sea Hanse town of Wismar and made sure that it was properly promoted. A super service is guaranteed the Wismarer car drivers.

Also in other parts of Germany our trade fair hostesses and promoters were out on assignment. In the elegant Kempinski Hotel in Neu-Eisenberg near to Frankfurt am Main, dermatologists from all over the world met at the 5th Darmstadt Live Symposium for Operative Dermatology, in order to discuss subjects such as cosmetic interventions and chemical peeling. Our competent hostesses were able to lend their dynamic presence to the event and were able simultaneously to benefit from the newest findings of the industry. At the same time in Frankfurt am Main our hostesses were there to help at the 15th EuroMold Trade Fair for Tool and Mold Construction, where design and product development news was exchanged, even if this time the subject in hand was not cosmetics. First class service and professional customer care, the hostesses had their fun.

As well as that there were still other events for the hostesses and trade fair hostesses from Hostesses.de. Thus they were there representing us at a congress in Hamburg, among others. The teams from Hostesses.de are happy to support any and every event in the country, national and international, be it trade fair hostesses in Frankfurt am Main, promotion on the East Sea or hostesses in Neu-Isenburg, wherever things were happening. Hostesses.de keeps you informed.

Hostesses.de | In the service of Hip Hop

So who's into Hip Hop? The hostesses and promoters of Hostesses.de have a clear opinion: "Yeah cool, Hip Hop is in." For a big German Hip Hop magazine the hostesses have more than once been on tour. "German Hip Hop lives!", that was the thought in the minds of the promoters when they went out enthusiastically canvassing for the newest concerts from Sido and K.I.Z. downtown in Berlin, Bremen, Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Frankfurt, Dresden and other cities.

It took without doubt just one look at the attractive female promoters to tame the kids from Sido and K.I.Z. Although Hip Hop-wise there was a lot going on for the hostesses and promotors, both male and female, there was also plenty to do at other events. Thus the charming hostesses were underway across Germany, trade fair hostesses in Hamburg, hosts in Hannover, promotion in Berlin and a whole lot more.

As a special highlight there was a job for our hostesses and promoters overseas: the Mac World 2009 in California, where the newest and chicest trends in the computer market were being presented. "For those who come to San Francisco!" There's plenty to do, the Hostesses team welcome each and every new contract, be it in Germany, Europe or America. How it will continue, whether Sido dreamed of our hostesses and most of all, how it was on the streets of San Francisco? Hostesses.de will keep you informed.

Hostesses.de | Promotion, Hobby and Technology

It's gradually getting cold outside. Also good, now there's more to do in the event halls. Hostesses and trade fair hostesses look out, we need you when it's wet and windy.

One highlight follows the next. And so there was plenty to do at the "Hobby and Electronics" trade fair in Stuttgart: professional guest- and stand care on behalf of the client, promotion and more. The hostesses and promotion teams from Hostesses.de showed their best side in their chic red garb. And for those who don't yet know, with 75,000 visitors the "Hobby and Electronic" is the biggest computer and electronics trade fair in South Germany, a must for the friends of entertainment technology. Innovations and trendsetters will also be presented around this time at the SPS/IPC/DRIVES trade fair in Nuremberg. Automation technology, construction, modernisation and visualisation, our trade fair hosts and hostesses will find themselves very welcome. Since it's clear that Service- and Customer Orientation will be writ large.

Hostesses in Hamburg, trade fair hostesses in Munich, female promoters in Frankfurt, male promoters in Stuttgart, the team from Hostesses.de is happy to be on the spot, even when it's so cold. Whether nationally or internationally, in Europe, America and Asia - the Hostesses await their assignments, the USA is calling.

Coming Soon: The Hostesses go on tour. A little big tip: It goes under the name "Hip Hop"…so, what's that all about? We can't wait to find out.

Hostesses.de | Welcome to the Championships

"Gaming friends watch out", that's what the hostesses and trade fair hostesses thought to themselves when they appeared at the World Cyber Games trade fair in Cologne in leather and rubber outfits. Promotion on behalf of the client and a whole lot more. Hostesses and trade fair hostesses: "Welcome to the E-Sport Championships".

With flash bulbs, cameras, radio and TV, with posing, photo shooting and exclusive interviews the male and female promoters from Hostesses.de raised the level of excitement, not only for the Games Masters and the media. The finalists were also accompanied by the Hostesses for a TV show in Ludwigshafen.

Promotion in Munich, hostesses in Berlin, trade fair hostesses in Stuttgart, the team from Hostesses.de welcome each assignment, as always also outside of Germany. So, it remains only to say: "Raise the curtain".

Hostesses.de | Of utility vehicles and motorcycles

With a truck on the highway or a motorbike on a country road? The hostesses and exhibition hostesses from Hostesses.de can probably tell you the answer to that question now that they have been live and on location as the “new wheels” celebrated their world premiere.

This was a major assignment for the exhibition hostesses and hosts at this year’s IAA for Utility Vehicles at the Hannover Exhibition Centre. Over 20 hostesses and promoters from Hostesses.de were there on assignment for professional stand and visitor supervision as well as promotion – as their title would imply. But that wasn’t all. At the Intermot Exhibition in Cologne, which is known as an international meeting point for the biker community, hostesses from Hostesses.de presented the newcomers to the scene and drew the spotlight to the fast wheels with their competent promotional abilities.

Exhibition hostesses in Frankfurt, hostesses in Dusseldorf, promotions in Hamburg, Munich and Cologne, the team at Hostesses.de provides hostesses throughout Germany, Europe and worldwide. Whether at an exhibition in London or a trade show in Amsterdam or Moscow, the hostesses and exhibition hostesses are always looking forward to the next assignment.

Crank it up for the autumn! For the hostesses, exhibition hostesses and promoters from Hostesses.de that means a full calendar and lots of events. One of these was the leading trade fair in the metal industry, the AMB in Stuttgart where visitors from all over the world could check out the latest products and services of the exhibitors and experience our first-class exhibition hostesses, hosts and promoters in action. For hostesses.de the autumn season began with a special assignment at this trade fair as our hostesses and promoters were there to provide a friendly reception and greet the guests as well as helping out at the stands where they showed their talents with product presentations. This trade fair was a great opportunity for the hostesses, hosts and promoters from Hostesses.de to show the full variety of services they have to offer. This included assisting clients such as engineering firms among others. One of the more unique assignments was the “Walking Act” where some of our hosts, hostesses and promoters moved around the exhibition hall in mascot-type costumes to draw attention to our clients and guide the guests to their stands. The AMB 2008 set new standards for “high-tech” and our crew from hostesses.de as well. All in all, the organization, improvisation and readiness of the hosts, hostesses and promoters from Hostesses.de could not be topped.

But hostesses.de was already putting the pedal to the metal in August in the Motorsport Arena in Oschersleben where the spectacular Touring Car Championship of the FIAA WTCC took place. While seven professional drivers competed for the top spot our hostesses, exhibition hostesses and promoters were already in first place for service. Our Hostesses.de crew was highly motivated and provided top-notch service and organization for the guests at another event in Friedrichshafen. In Berlin, our hostesses assisted the guests for a yearly congress and made sure they were on the shuttles to and from the airports and train stations and that they arrived comfortably at the event location. The exclusive service was provided by Hostesses.de for guests from Milan, New York and several other cities around the world.

And the action continues. Since Sept.10, exhibition hosts and hostesses from Hostesses.de have been at the Frankfurt Exhibition Centre for an assignment that runs until Sept.16. But there won’t be much time for our hostesses.de hosts and hostesses to catch their breath with the next big event, namely the IAA for commercial vehicles in Hannover, already being planned !

Hostesses.de – We’re there!

These days the atmosphere here is full of anticipation as we prepare our teams for one of the biggest highlights in the event industry: The IFA (Consumer Electronics Trade Show) opens its doors from Aug.29, 2008 to Sept.3, 2008. A team from Hostesses.de will be there and are truly looking forward to the challenge. Over 1,300 journalists will also be there to report about the event and nearly 200 daily newspapers will be keeping everyone up to date on the event which is considered the barometer for innovative and forward-thinking technology. We’re certain our hostesses will be up to the task and will provide first-class service and support for our clients. A company presentation designed by a music industry service provider for a media technology company will certainly be a highlight. Sporting extravagant costumes and always ready with a smile for the visitors, our hostesses will no doubt ensure that everyone has a good time. The mobile phones are charged and ready for next year too and our hostesses are already looking forward to the IFA 2009.

Our exhibition hostesses at the Games Convention in Leipzig provided top-notch service and client support. One of them actually ended up in the magazine “Information Week”, not only to her delight but ours as well. It seems that editors and exhibitors alike agreed: here was a shining example of “style and substance” in action.

The “Champions League Final” took place in May and our promoters were also there in full force. Over five days, teams of up to 18 promoters supported the surrounding events. From there we moved on to Sao Paolo where a hostess assisted one of our German clients at an exhibition. We have also been busy helping one of our clients from England in aiports throughout Europe. Our teams have been surveying passengers in Hamburg, Paris, Copenhagen and Frankfurt and will soon be doing the same in Istanbul, Antalya, Moscow and Athens. Plans for further airports are also in the works.

…and more productions are waiting, among them promotions in Amsterdam and Brussels and in Stockholm and Birmingham they will get the cities rockin’. Fasten your seat belt – we’re in for a hell of a ride!

Hostesses.de, Games and more

Once again we have a big international event on our calendar. So, our hostess.de promotion team is close at hand. We will be there when the gates to Europe’s biggest video and gaming trade fair opens. Our trained promoters will be visiting the Games Convention in Leipzig’s exhibition hall 20th – 24th August 2008. They will be actively supported by a number of exhibitors. With professional guest hosting, responsibly service and the highest customer focus our hostesses will ensure the perfect presentation. In addition, two of our promotors will realise their big acting performance dressed up as warriors for a „War Game“. Our expertise and experience enables us to make sure all runs smoothly. The Games Convention is considered Europe’s leading trade fair for video and computer games and pulls in more than 180.000 fascinated gaming friends and interested parties from all over the world. Anyone who is anyone in the gaming industry will be presenting their newest gaming products.

As little as one week later our hostesses.de team will present themselves at the IFA 2008 in Berlin. The IFA is the biggest trade fair of the international consumer electronics industry. With its history of more than 80 years, it offers an incomparable media spectacle every year.

At the moment hostesses.de supports a number of promotion projects along the German north coast, in places such as Kühlungsborn, the Isle of Rügen, Sylt und Usedom as well as the popular tourist destination of Büsum. But that is not enough. With autumn around the corner there are many more surprises in store and many exciting events awaiting the attendance of hostesses.de. Amongst others, there will be assignments at the “IAA Nutzfahrzeuge 2008“ (IAA commercial autos 2008) in Hannover and at the international exhibition for metal working in Stuttgart. And, of course, our team will also be working abroad. There are plans for assignments in Kopenhagen, Istanbul and Antalya.

Summer Sun and Hot Events

Hostesses.de started off the summer season with three exciting events. The ILA, “International Luft- und Raumfahrtausstellung” (International Air and Space Travel Exhibition) impressed about 250,000 visitors on the 250,000 square metres of the Berlin Exhibition Grounds from May 27th to June 1st. The impressive show consisted of over one hundred conferences, and just as impressive were the 20 promoters from Berlin on assignment for Hostesses.de. They assisted one of the participants from England and took care of the guests, the stand and ensured a smooth performance for the exhibitor.

The DRUPA opened its doors in Dusseldorf at the end of May, the largest and most important exhibition in the world for the print and media industry. For two weeks the topics were innovation, new business areas, new business partnerships and contacts. Around two thousand exhibitors from 52 countries were satisfied with the results and for good reason. During those two weeks, business deals amounting to over ten billion euros were made! It was also a great success for Hostesses.de with several hostesses on assignment at various stands, either for the end-clients or sub-contracted to other event companies. And the results: exhibition support of the highest level, nothing left to chance, perfectly organized.

On June 28th in Berlin there was a very special occasion. The world-famous Christopher Street Day (CSD) had its 30th anniversary. For 30 years, lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transsexuals have been demonstrating against discrimination and marginalization. And with success, as can be seen in the political and social developments which have led to more acceptance. Our hostesses and promoters were also there in hot pants and pink boas to help out for a good cause. Four guys and four girls were on assignment to keep the party going and did just that with their colourful, eye-catching appearance.

Hostesses.de | A blooming partnership

Federal Research Minister Annette Schavan and the Minster for Culture, Sport, Science and Technology, Galeb Majadle, had the honour of opening the German-Israeli Year of Science and Technology in Berlin this April. For almost 50 years the two nations have cooperated in the field of science and this partnership will be strengthened and given more exposure during 2008. Our hostesses were on assignment at the opening ceremonies to assist with the accreditation and supervision of the guests.

An international audience of politicians and scientists attended the ceremony held at the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences at the Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin. Thanks to our hostesses and the name tags they distributed there were no embarrassing “what is your name again?” situations and no one’s fame was injured. They also answered the guest's questions related to the event’s program in both German and English. At the press conference the hostesses aptly did the rounds with microphones to ensure that all the journalist had their chance to pose questions. In general, they impressed everyone with their friendliness and professionalism.

The first event for this special year takes place in April. Young authors from both countries will meet in Berlin for the German-Israeli Literature Days. The symbol for the German-Israeli year is a flower whose head is a Star of David and stem is the colours of the German flag.

Hostesses.de | Paper airplanes…

Aircraft interior design! Just the mention of it should send a wave of euphoria and creativity through every reader! A warm glow of anticipation fills the heart as one wonders what could possibly follow such an astounding opening.

The ninth Aircraft Interiors Expo took place in Hamburg and in the exhibition halls for the Hansa city the exhibitors presented their seating constructions, entertainment units specially designed for aircraft and much more. Our hostesses were also there and not only in their usual role assisting clients at their stands but also flying their proverbial colours. Among other things they supported a promotion for “Flight Daily News” sporting bright orange overalls.

For the assignment the hostesses promoted the leading international newspaper which reports on air shows and aviation exhibitions. They passed out the paper to the visitors and exhibitors and impressed everyone with their colourful presence, team spirit and self-assured manner. Our hostesses are accustomed to the high expectations of international industry professional.

Last year more than 11,000 visitors from over 500 countries attended the exhibition and the numbers are constantly increasing. This autumn the exhibition will also take place in Asia and America.

Hostesses.de | Malayan for beginners

For some leisure addicts, a holiday can be as simple as a walk through a big city park in flip flops. For more creative holiday ideas (or maybe just for new flip flops) the “Internationale Tourismusbörse” (International Tourism Exchange) or ITB for short, takes place in Berlin every year. At the beginning of March in 2008, our hostesses were on assignment to support several exhibitors at the exhibition centre.

Our hostesses were already getting everyone in the holiday mood at the airport. They greeted guests from Spain on their arrival at Tegel and did some on the spot advertising for the exhibition with giant balloons. Along with guest and stand supervision, the hostesses also successfully got the attention of visitors and camera teams with their promotional activities. The team showed their professionalism while handing out flyers and getting people involved in a raffle.

The worldwide leading tourism exhibition offers visitors information about countries, holiday organizers, booking systems and hotels. The first “ITB Asia” will take place in October and hostesses form Hostesses.de will surely be there!
And to all we wish selemat jalan!

Hostesses.de | Shaken or stirred?

What gets the appetite going more than a good bargain? Probably a lot of things, but we always like to start our stories with a bit of sensationalism.
At the leading trade fair for retail investment, the “Euroshop”, our hostesses did not need sensationalism to draw in visitors with their fascinating mix of elegant performance and professionalism, not to mention their charming communication skills.

At this year’s Euroshop over 91,000 industry professionals came to check out the latest innovations. The exhibition takes place every three years and is considered the trend barometer for the industry.

In Dusseldorf, our hostesses and a barkeeper were there on assignment at the end of February. They supported a French client, offering the visitors exclusive beverages and exquisite culinary delicacies from the best patissier in Paris, among others. In addition, the hostesses were responsible for registering the industry professionals who came to visit the stand. The coordination required flexibility, endurance and good timing, all of which were no problem for our experienced hostesses.

Dining, giving, living – all made possible in a compact form on 83,000 sqm at the exhibition grounds in Frankfurt. In mid-February the largest consumer goods exhibition in the world – the Ambiente - took place in the city on the Main. Over 4600 exhibitors from around 90 countries provided countless new ideas and products for culinary and décor aficionados during the five days of the exhibition.

Our hostesses most certainly won themselves a place in the hearts of some of these lovers of the finer things in life. There were there on assignment to assist a Spanish client by greeting guests at the stand. Along with serving coffee and handing out brochures, the hostesses also assisted the on-site cook with preparing some culinary delights for the visitors to sample. The hostesses also put their interpreting skills into use by translating Spanish to German and English and Russian into Spanish.

In addition to the usual trade show fare there were also some special events at the Ambiente. The best designers received awards and the not-so-great copycats received the “Plagiarius” – a dwarf with a golden nose, presented to the winners publicly . Prizes were also awarded for the coffee Olympics. A visit to the Ambiente will also be possible later this year in Tokyo and Moscow.

Hopping and rolling!

It’s a shame that one of the biggest toy stores in the world is only open to industry professionals. In Nurnberg in mid-February, the 59th International Toy Fair took place displaying the latest from the toy industry for more than 80,000 visitors from all over the world.

Our hostesses were there on assignment to assist clients from the UK and Ireland at their stands. Innovation was the order of the day for one of the exhibitors who had the hostesses working with the toys instead of simply standing around at the exhibit. Our brave hostesses rolled around on scooters and jumped around on special spring shoes attracting the attention of onlookers and they were up to the task maintaining complete professionalism while having a bit of fun at the same time.
We also found out just how multi-talented our hostesses are when they took on the helper role and assisted with the load out of the exhibition stands.

Under the motto “Spielend lernen” (Payful Learning) more than 2700 exhibitors presented approximately one million products. The leading international exhibition for toys and leisure products is not only a yearly forum for classic toys but also showcases educational toys, theme-related books and consists of an international pavilion displaying products from different countries.

Hostesses.de | A yacht to go please!

The offerings at the “boot 2008” in Dusseldorf were more than extravagant. During the nine days of the exhibition around 1700 exhibitors displayed their latest wares, above all boats and yachts. From folding boats with electric motors to the 23 metre super yacht (which could only be presented as a model as the real thing was too big for the hall) there was something there for every budget.

Our hostesses were happy to throw themselves into the flood of visitors to support some of the exhibitors by greeting the guests and taking care of things at the stands. Whether distributing flyers for promotion or providing multilingual customer service, our hostesses took their jobs seriously.

Along with the luxury watercraft, the 39. edition the boat exhibition which took place in the middle of January, all sorts of accessories, equipment and travel offers were there to be examined. The “boot” is the largest boat exhibition in the world.

“18.01.08”. That was all there was to see in the trailer for the film “Cloverfield”. It meant the release date for the film in the USA. The horror-shocker from “Lost” developer J.J. Abrams premiered in Germany on Jan.31 and the pre-promotion took place in Bochum last weekend in the form of a “MySpace Big Movie Preview” and our hostesses were there to help out.

A host and a hostess were there on assignment and were responsible for packing the loot bags which were given to some of the 300 guests who won them during the event. They were also responsible for the door and making sure the guests weren’t gate crashing and helped the MC of the event with the contests.
Afterwards they joined the audience to watch the film and hopefully made it out with all of their fingernails intact!
“Cloverfield” was filmed using handheld cameras and because of this it has the same feeling as the “Blair Witch Project”. The uncomplicated story – essentially Godzilla comes to town – is compensated for by a clever marketing campaign. Absolute secrecy combined with a so-called “Alternate Reality Game” had people talking months before the release.
The audience for the event in Bochum was made up of MySpace users who added the film’s MySpace site to their profile thereby entering the contest.

Hostesses.de | PSIchedelic

Three clients, three languages, five hostesses and lots to do: The PSI exhibition opened at the beginning of January in Dusseldorf for the 46th time and our hostesses from Hostesses.de took part.

More than 900 exhibitors from over 30 countries displayed their newest products in the city on the Rhine during the trade show which is amongst the most renowned events in Europe for advertising products. Our exhibition hostesses were there to support three of the exhibitors at this year’s event. For clients from Italy, France and Germany, the assistants provided customer service during the three days of the PSI. Among the products presented were a wristband and a watch which the clients can individually design for promotional purposes.

Over 19,000 visitors came out to see the latest industry offerings and appreciated having our informative hostesses there to explain a few things.
Hostesses.de: for the sixth sense!

The year is coming to a close – Happy New Year 2008 to all of you! The next big production is already waiting for us in Geneva – hostesses for the Geneva Auto Salon – like last year we are on assignment with maximum team strength in 2008 to help show off the latest creations from international automobile companies and assist with the event and are looking forward to your support…and not just in Switzerland…

Dear hostesses, promoters, business partners and friends,

Thank you so much for your support and cooperation during the past year.
We wish you all a happy and peaceful holiday season and look forward to working with you in the coming year…

;-)….and New Year’s Eve is still to come!

Hostesses.de | Don’t give up your day job…

Acting instead of kicking was the order of the day in the middle of November in Frankfurt. In the Commerzbank Arena, stars from the German national team participated in the filming of an advertising spot for a beer brand and had the best assistance behind the scenes that one can imagine: Hostesses.de 

To help Kuranyi and Co. feel at home, our hostesses were there with water bottles and jackets at the ready. With so much comfort, the 20 players had an easy time with the acting job (which we are not allowed to say more about here, unfortunately).

Our hostesses, exhibition hostesses and promoters also provided excellent support in other major German cities e.g. at the Motor Show in Essen and at the premier of Til Schweiger’s new film “Keinohrhasen” in Berlin. Whether in a risqué cat suit as an exhibition hostess in the Ruhrgebiet or as service personnel in the capital, our hostesses proved themselves capable and professional at every job.

True to the motto “the best game is the next game”, we look forward to future assignments.

Take a bite out of the Apple

Our hostesses aren’t afraid of the cold and dark and in the night from Nov.8 to Nov.9, 2007, five of them proved that by taking part in a targeted promotion for mobile phone-compatible entertainment freeware.

The Schildergasse in the centre of Cologne became one of the most beloved shopping streets in Germany this year by becoming the venue for the German iPhone launch party. Our five hostesses were there on assignment to promote iPhone-compatible freeware by passing out flyers and informing the Apple fanatics who lined up to buy the phone at the stroke of midnight.

People are expecting great things from this new addition to the Apple family and hopefully our hostesses have helped to make the experience even better. In any case, they certainly made an impression as they always do with their professionalism and sophistication.

Hostesses.de: Following in the footsteps of Chilly Willy!

Penguins can’t fly but maybe that makes them better suited for promotions and passing out flyers. Hostesses.de was on assignment from Oct.24 to Oct.27, 2007 at the “Deutschen Kongress für Orthopädie und Unfallchirurgie” (German Congress for Orthopaedics and Emergency Surgery).
Under the motto “Looking forward – Standing still is falling behind” (Blick nach vorn – Stillstand ist Rückschritt), the four-day congress offered a diverse program on topics related to surgery.
With a snazzy tailcoat and short haircut, our host beat hard on the promotional drum pleasing adults and children alike. Always smiling and keeping a cool head – which wasn’t easy considering the temperature in the costume – he carried out his assignment as a “walking act” with ease.
Our opinion: Who needs to fly when you can walk like this?

Hostesses.de on assignment for the Playboy Club Tour 2007

Our hostesses got the men’s hearts beating a bit faster at this year’s Playboy Club Tour. They were along at the parties in the hippest clubs in Germany – without the bunny ears! – including the P1 in Munich of course, and the N-Pir in Stuttgart, the Mandarin Kasino in Hamburg and the Felix in Berlin.

The Playboy Parties have been mega-events in the international party scene for the past 40 years.
Surrounded by devotees of the men’s magazine party-goers are reminded of the lifestyle of the typical Anglo-American gentlemen in the 19th century. In the gentlemen’s room reminiscent of “men only” clubs, scantily-clad women serve cognac and cigars while the “playboy” enjoys this incarnation of his world. The famous bath robe worn by Hugh Hefner and the most famous cover photos from 50 years of Playboy history can be seen here. The parties guarantee a fantasy-filled escape from the everyday and are, of course very discrete and exclusive. Our office manager was not able to get a place on the guest list, despite several requests so we are unable to provide a first-hand account and what is more disappointing – no photos!
But even if we are not allowed “behind the scenes”, the stars, playboys and hostesses from Hostesses.de are already looking forward to next year’s tour.

A passenger in a car is very practical. He or she can be a good conversation partner during long drives, open drinks and maybe see a bike rider who appears from nowhere in front of you. But a passenger can also be a pain in the neck, constantly wanting to stop to go to the toilet, finding the worst music possible on the radio or simply blathering on about something or other that is of no interest to you.
The solution to this problem is called FAS (electronic assistance system). This system only speaks when necessary, e.g. to help with parking and make sure there is enough distance from the surrounding vehicles and engages the emergency brake when the vehicle gets too close.

During the IAA our hosts and hostesses helped convince the visitors that the new system is really the passenger of the future. Demonstrations were carried out on the 800 sqm “Action Area” of the Deutschen Verkehrsicherheitsrat (German Transport Safety Authority). One feature is the CD which provides amusing conversation.

We wish all car owners a safe drive and will ourselves be going heavy on the gas with numerous projects until the end of the year.

24. September 2007
It’s autumn and high season for exhibitions and trade shows! We are definitely happy about that and were active at the IFA in Berlin for NERO (the famous CD burning program) and for many others as well. Our hostesses are at the IAA (more about that later…) and, of course, the Playboy Club Tour (Promoters and Hostesses for the Roadshow), the focal point of the past week. We are also participating in, or getting ready for, numerous other events with you (our Promoters, Hostesses and Exhibition Hostesses). Among them are: Shanghai (Textile Fair), London (Defence Exhibition), the Introduction of Koala in Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Vienna and Zurich (Promoters) – and the autumn is not even over…(and we’ll also be represented again by our hostesses at the IFA 2008!)

„In the future Berliners won’t be woken up by glass smashing into the recycling container in the middle of the night.“

The promoters from Hostesses.de were underway on two weekends in August in Berlin to inform the public about the proper way to dispose of glass products. Equipped with humorous postcards they motivated guests in beer gardens and restaurants to play spin the bottle and distributed prizes. At the same time, our promoters provided the participants with useful information about bottle return. Most importantly, they informed about the official times for glass disposal in residential containers (Business Days! From 9am to 6pm!) which should make our lives a bit simpler in Berlin in the future. Thanks Hostesses.de!

And here is a little quiz to fulfil the educational requirements of our website ;-)

What belongs in the glass container?
Correct: Jars, Bottles and colourless glass
Incorrect: Coloured glass, light bulbs, lead crystal, laboratory glass, window glass, ceramic, porcelain, mirror glass, pyrex glass
Correct: Bottles and Jars with coloured glass.

24. Juli 2007
Between the 7th and 9th of July 2007, at the 22nd International ADAC Truck Grand Prix at Nurburgring, lots of fast cars, cool overalls, and VIPs were to be seen. And, of course, our hostesses were in the middle of it all (since without them nothing goes). We were present on behalf of a client and apparently had fun at the job (advising VIPs, promoting, and cool overalls). The client was to be optimally represented and promoted in this motor-sport event atmosphere; luckily for our client we are now practically specialists, considering our recent involvement at the Formel1 and Touring Car events from the last and the current season. And since we like nippy little cars and hot rods, we will also be present again this year at the 62nd IAA (International Automobile Exhibition) in Frankfurt on the Main. So then, look out for our good-humoured convention hostesses.
By the way: the Czech race-car driver David Vrsecky secured the title of International Truck Master Germany (TMG).

Hostesses.de is saving the world! ;-) After our involvement in earlier decadent productions like the Gumball Rally, the investor relations events for the two leading German sport-wear manufacturers, and the events for Mercedes, we were, of course, also present at Live Earth! We were well-represented with our VIP-hostesses, promoters, and hosts. And thus, from the concert days, and our hostesses in Rio, hostesses in Hamburg and hostesses in Shanghai -we can say that Hostesses.de ist saving the world! ;-)

05. Juli 2007
Only four and a half hours through Zurich and Basel to Paris! Our hostesses participated, as charming course companions, in a trip on the TGV "Lyria". At 340 km/h the new express train rushes through the country. Despite the high speed and the new distance the trip went according to plan. On the previous day the hostesses of Hostesses.de took care of the VIP guests during the opening celebration in the Lands Museum in Zurich.

Since 10 June 2007, the new TGV runs twice daily starting from Zurich and four times daily starting from Basel via Muelhausen and Strasbourg to Paris Gare de l ' Est.

A large thank you to the Hostesses!

An event of the completely special kind took place in Cologne last week.
The Prosperitá 2007.

Approximately 1000 guests, including many prominent entrepreneurs from the federal territory, were present at this singular event in Cologne.

And in the middle of it all, a group of our selected Hostesses in the super sexy pit babe outfit(see right), were naturally involved in the good vibes and success of the evening.

The Prosperitá celebrated itself for the seventh time and this was, once again, a crazy evening with magnificent atmosphere.

In short, a full success.

This year's Gumball 3000 is to be headed up by 10 European cities. The legendary slash illegal auto race that ends tomorrow in London, had to be re-routed because police were hassling participants(mostly the rich participants) and demanding money from them.
The begin of the 7-day spectacle was last Sunday in London, where our hostesses were also on site supporting the rally.
Our guys and gals were also in the mix of participants and visitiors, dressed in the stylish three-stripe suit of the sponsor. Janos Gülker, Supervisor Europe with hostesses.de: "The on-site personnel was excited- the cool cars, cool clothes and lastly a lot of VIPs drive along."

The year is slowly coming to an end- not so for our many productions.

Here is a short overview of the last exciting months that we've had here:

Hogatec, MOTEK, belectro, active for VW and at a german-wide Promotion event ( promoters )
in the Benneton Stores for the Italian region of Venice.
Of course there were many other "smaller" events in addition to those : )

We are looking forward to 2007 and are excited about all new challenges.

P.S: the first visual teaser, pictured here- in the middle, Sarah at the team grill party last Sunday. The rest were more than actively playing Volleyball, after the first round of Alsters;-)
